Sounds good, lots of info in the pilot, which I think will set it up well for the review board. It doesn't seem over complicated though and I'm glad they haven't done any flashbacks. And yay, they haven't aged the kids that much!

It does sound good... I'll be buying this on DVD without even having to watch it first.

We should start a bet... what will come out first, Dance or the Pilot :P

Well the pilot will probably be filmed in 2009 and if it gets approved, they'll film the rest of the series which will probably come out in 2010. That gives GRRM almost 2 yrs to finish Dance... I think he can do it Well he better anyway!

and if they do one book a year
then he has 5 years after the start of the series to finish tWoW, or 6 years to finish aDoS (if it is the final book )

Yes, they will probably cancel the show if its is obfvious they will run out of books. By the rate GRRM writes I really doubt we have tWoW in 2013 and aDoS in 2014.

The script sounds good, though that's a lot os stuff to get into one episode.

Actually I'm thinking htis may be the side project that finally lights his arse to finishing the series a little quicker.
